The music on this website was written and performed by Miranda Rensch, a 21-year-old midwestern songstress. Though she spent most of her childhood in Sioux Falls, she wrote her first CD while living in Savannah, GA.
She is a soulful vocalist and self-taught pianist.
"Music, like any art form, is simply a physical expression of something
profoundly abstract. Art has the ability to make something that is felt
into something that can be heard or seen. A photo can help us see a
soul. A painting can make us understand beauty. A song can help us
listen to our hearts. It is powerful because it helps us to understand
that which is difficult to explain."
She now resides in Minneapolis, MN where she attends the Minneapolis
College of Art and Design and performs in the Twin Cities area.
